Use of Service

Grokle is an AI-powered search engine that provides:

• Real-time web search results
• AI-generated summaries with citations
• Search history for registered users
• Free tier with 10 searches per day
• Pro tier with unlimited searches

User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Scrape or automate searches without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Subscription and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grokle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Grokle provides the service as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Search results are provided by third-party sources and we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
